My dad is about to buy a motorhome, is it a good deal?

I would consider making the trip to look but would not consider a sight unseen purchase. Big items I would want are maintenance records, a chassis inspection and a house inspection before I would enter into negotiations for a price, be it a bid or otherwise. Flaws or problems can be fixed but the agreed on price needs to reflect the potential cost of repairs.
