Another TV project...portable outside TV and where to store it. Unlike my Dynasty, this MH has tall basement storage areas and barn doors so I took a different approach. Hang the TV on the door for the fuel tank and store it on the side of the slideout tray. Made 2 straps with a U on the ends that bolt to the back of the TV and go over the top of the door (when open) to hang it on the door. The slideout above protects it well enough that I leave it out all winter when snowbirding.

I had to reposition the slideout tray closer to one edge of the bay so there was room on the other side to hang it on the side of the tray. The TV sits on the orange supports and leans against the wooden post. Still need to put a finish nail in the top of it for the TV to fasten to.

  • Funny! a few days ago I went through my Photobucket.com account and created links to each individual folder and then saved them to my desktop in a file. Logging and navigating from the main entry portal seems to take forever to load, and finally navigate to the folder I want. So I thought I'd create links to each folder and bypass all the upfront stuff. As long as I don't delete cookies, I'm logged in. Well, it worked! When I click on the various links on my desktop, they open up almost immediately now, no waiting. So I have them all organized now.

My photos are all digitized and stored on my computer, backed up on 2 different external hard drives. That is an on going job, never ends with each new bout of photos I pull of my camera and phone.

So yea, I think the winter blahs are really hear! I spend way too much time reading these forums too! And when the formus go down for maintenance, I find myself reading the Trailer Life and Motor Home web site. And to think, only 3 week ago I was in Florida. Winter blahs can sure set in fast!

There's nothing wrong with organization. It's a sign of an organized mind!
