First of all, is Anal / OCD a bad thing? You almost make it sound as if it is a derogatory remark.
Secondly, these little tasks keep you in tune with your coach. The time you spend straightening out the fins allows you to monitor the condition of your cooling system and drive components. I would do exactly the same thing.
The last time I took my MH in for service, the gal walked through it and told me she was astonished at how clean and well maintained I kept my rig. She told me that most folks take no pride whatsoever in their coaches and she'd be embarrassed to show anyone a coach like those that come through for repairs.
I say keep it up. Whoever gets it next will be one lucky person.
