turbojimmy, after +50 years of shade tree mechanicing I've grown to dread taking on large jobs too. However, I've found that if I take my time the job will get done and it'll get done correctly. It's also nice not having to do a large job over a two day weekend. You're right too, as much as I dislike doing the work there is a certain satisfaction to be gained when you're finally done and you sit behind the wheel and it fires right up.
