Two things:
1. Pictures, good pictures. I can't tell you the number of terrible photos I've seen on sites. I'm not sure how people expect to sell their unit with terrible photos.
Many times the pictures are so tight on the focus point you can't see anything else in the shot and its hard to put yourself in the rig via the photo.
You can also take video and post it to youtube.
2. Price. Check what other units are selling for that are similar. Not just your brand and model but other competing brands similar models.
Odds are the buyer isn't married to buying your particular brand when a competitor likely has the same floor plan.
I would guess that 95% of buyers will be looking at those two things to determine who to contact. If it isn't selling I would venture to guess it would be one of those two things holding it up.
I wish you luck in selling. The good thing is you know you have an easy out with the dealer's offer. Not sure if that is the way to go or not, you could always drop the price down some and see what happens.
