Greetings Mr Travelist647 I have nearly the same MH as you. Mine is a 1977/78. My chassis is a Chevy G30 350 with a Quadrajet 4bbl carb and the turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission. model is 23BB. for your Information and peace of mind mine had only 19,500 miles on it when I bought it about three weeks ago. its 35 or so years old and like yours it looks very lightly used. if it had been rolled over on the odometer you would be able to tell. your interior is what it came with judging from mine. Next the side walls of mine and I assume yours is constructed from a sandwich of 5/8" plywood a layer of 1" Styrofoam and finely an other layer of 1/8'' plywood paneling. very strong and a high value of insulation.all of my systems work well. your toilet a black water system, I would not hesitate to purchase this unit IMHO but, I'm not you and not going to live in mine LOL. Tire age is critical.Mine looked brand new I had a blow out 20 miles down the road. be prepaired to spend 1500-1700 for tires.Bad news here they are 16.5s. Firestone Transforce is the only tire I could find but they are an upscale tire with a good rep. Don't be put off to much about the low miles. Mine was stored about a mile from there camping spot and used three to four times a year Family camping and occasional OSU tail gate. If you look at the roof its a single sheet of aluminum. Look under it and its covered by a single sheet of aluminum. these campers are a very well made. I took mine to an RV dealer for a safety check of all the systems with a clean bill of health and I would strongly suggest you do as well if you pull the trigger on the purchase. you can PM me if you have a specific question but you will find a lot of people here have a wealth of information and you should be put at ease knowing that you are in a community of like minded people just waiting to offer you advice and workarounds for almost anything you will come up against.

Good day Travelcrafter! It's really great to hear that someone has a similar rig to mine and has a good experience (minus the tire)! Thank you so much for all this information! It's really helped in my research and my decision. I'm a little surprised at how much tires are though! WIth spending that much, do you expect to get a decent amount of milage out of them?
I figured that companies used to make vehicles pretty darn sturdy in the past, so I'm confident that I can get quite a few years out of my rig if I take good care of her! I did do a full inspection and generator needs some work, but it might just be a new carburetor. Either way, I'm going to be hooked up for the next few years so I'll have time to learn about the engine/parts and how it all works.
Thanks again for your time and input, it has really helped. I believe I am going to purchase this MH and I will most likely be messaging you with concerns down the road hahah!
Have a good day, Travelcrafter. (Nice username by the way)
