I was also happy to see an other Travelcraft owner. They really are a top notch coach. As you will read on this and most other sites tires are a hot topic and I do hope to get at least 5-6 years out of them. On the toilet question a black water toilet is attached to a black water tank under your camper you dump it at a dump station. a cassette is a portable type toilet you take in and out of your camper. you have the black water type. if you plan on letting your genny set for a bit try getting a bottle of sea foam and put in the fuel system and let it set for a while it may just brake down the varnish over time and won't hurt any thing in the process. also the caulking around the top of the camper is normal that's how they keep water out and it is a good thing that you see it there; it means its been cared for properly. you need to check it often and repair any loose or missing caulk as needed. pay close attention to the edge molding at the bottom of the cab over/bunk house; that's a favorite place for water intrusion on any class c. any way glad to help out and enjoy your investment. heck if you get tired of living in it you can always get historic tags and hit the classic car shows with it. wouldn't that be a hoot.
