Soooo, you've finally decided to burn the bridge with them, or are you trying to strong arm Thor into a refund this time around? Many here told you to dump it the minute you received your "replacement" motor home from Thor.
After review of your video I honestly don't see anything different from any of the other manufactures. Our new Fleetwood has been in three time in less than a year for stupid stuff. It'll get worked out. The screw was a petty argument to those experienced in RV ownership. Our first TT purchase we were told, if your not good at fixing small stuff then this lifestyle isn't for you. For once that was a honest salesperson as it's played true in every other RV we've owned ever since.
If this bothers you then perhaps taking a loss and getting out of this lifestyle is the best thing you can do to calm yourself. I can't imagine trying to relax on my Vacation and worry about what's next. You've carried this anger for way too long.
