I can not thank you enough for posting your concerns in this forum and on youtube. When I first saw the Palazzo, I thought it might work for my family.
But after reading about your ordeal and seeing the other guy's video on the slides, I decided to forget about getting an entry level diesel pusher and went with the highest end diesel pusher made by Newmar.
I think forewarned is forearmed. You are a pioneer who has suffered the slings in order to protect those of us who follow behind you.
