I got lost watching the vid...the first 5 mins or so was about a screw....who cares?..get a small piece of wood, nail or glue it in place and get on with it. I know you had issues with the last one, (you never saw it's replacement) and the slide issue was a valid argument. That said, IMHO, Thor, and IIRC, Camping World, stepped up to the plate and replaced the coach. I'm not sure any other mfg would have done that.
Yes, it probably took the tech longer to find the tape and put it on the screw than it would have been to find a small block of wood and do it right, but while you spent a bunch of money on a coach, IMHO, at that price point you're going to get things like that. High quality techs cost more, which raises the price of the end product. Fords are cheaper than Lamborghinis. Fix it yourself, move on and enjoy what time you have left on this earth....Dennis
