I've averaged 7.1 mpg over 80,000 miles pulling a 4,000lb toad.
On a recent trip, without the toad to Quartzite and back, about 1,200 miles, I averaged 8.1 mpg.
I calculate by hand all mpg figures as I don't trust the figures that the engine computer displays.
