Probably a little easier, though neither one is typically hard to break into if you're intent on doing so. Windows on either one are about equally susceptible to rocks. Doors on both are commonly susceptible to ramming or sufficient prybars.

On the road, many people have little appreciation for the limitations of large vehicles in general. Some will crowd you or cut closely in front of you, apparently oblivious to the physics of what would necessarily happen if they had to stop suddenly. Others will strain every fiber of their (and their car's) being to avoid the possible horrors of merging behind you, accelerating like a banshee to try to get in front of you before the merge lane ends. Those are not motorhome things, as such; they're more general big vehicle things. The solution, of course, is to drive defensively and take it easy. In that sense, one does have to be on one's guard more than when in a car.
Where you are has far more to do with physical security than what you're in. A house in a bad neighborhood is less safe than an RV in a good area, and vice-versa.
