1.1: Leave it in and hope it does not leak
1.2: Remove it and hope it does not leak.
I do not recommend
2: REemove it and plug the hole: This is even worse and may well cause a leak, epically in a high pressure tire, NEVER plug a high pressure tire.. In fact never plug any tire if you can help it..
3: A full inspection and if needed a proper internal Patch, sometimes called a boot.. This is the only proper repair method.. In fact it might be worth putting a patch over the spot internally even if it does not leak.. Your Tire Professional is your best source of info here.
