I have a 05 National sea breeze i do not know towing capacity??

Your towing capacity is 5,000 lbs. You are either in the F53 Ford, which all are 5K lbs, or the W20, W22 or W24 chassis which are also rated at 5,000 lbs.
Just make sure the hitch receiver was factory installed and says 5,000 lb capacity on it.
