You've got some pretty big shoes to fill. One thing to note, UV will kill off the bacteria where it spilled, so not too much worries there. I did a similar thing, only it was real black water. I was at the local waste treatment plant. They were like don't worry about it, because once the sun hits it, it will die off. Then it can be rinsed down.
