Need a Class C for subzero temps and a few other questions

Eh, they make those down the road from me. I have the ability to build something similar myself for a third the cost (or less), and I'm not interested in building one, nor in paying for luxury. I'm doing this to ski during the winter, windsurf and camp/hike all summer. I don't really care if I have cherry cabinets and granite countertops.
