I really, really don't want to build it. I've done enough building of **** in my life. lol Plus building it requires a whole lot more cash up front.
Which requirements would be hardest to overcome? I could avoid taking it down rough roads as long as I have my 4Runner with me. I suppose I could drop some of the "rugged" requirement pretty easily.
