Dream on. You won't find one that is rated for 20 below.
MH's in general have a hard time staying warm at freezing let alone below. They are nothing more than a box with a lot of non thermal windows sitting out in the open. And the Class C has a mighty big windshield and side windows to let all the cold in.
Hard to heat and hard to cool, period. And being offgrid in below freezing temps? Well if you find one and figure out how to power it without hookups so you don't freeze let us know.
Heated this and heated that options, well just talk to forum members who tried to stay in freezing temps with their MH's. I have and it is not pleasant nor doable for more than a couple of days. Let alone 'live' in one.
