P.S. Don't be scared off with comments on low temperatures. I can't imagine how our propane furnace's huge over-capacity relative to our 24 foot Class C's interior volume couldn't keep it warm at the low temps you're interested in if it was to run continuously, or how our black and grey tank heating pads couldn't keep them from freezing at the low temps you're interested in if they were to run continuously. Also, all of our fresh water plumbing is in cabinet voids that also have propane furnace ducts running through or within them for our distributed/ducted heat system.
All it would take is gobs of propane (a large tank) and gobs of 12 volt power (a generator that can be fueled and used a lot).
