Need a narrow motorhome or folding mirrors at least

I'm thinking 27-30 foot, or 32 max, but I need separate sleeping for three. So I need a couch and dinette as long as it sleeps three separate. DW has the master bed to herself. I got kicked out years ago for snoring. I'm probably not the only guy here like that lol. I'm looking at used, maybe 3-4 years old. I'll buy new if I have to. Don't want to spend more than 100K hopefully less. A gasser is good. I don't think I'll wear it out before my times up. Thank you guys for the names and suggestions.
