so the entire area where you want to put the RV is too narrow, not just the gate? rent/lease a 1 ft x 1 ft area from him and redo the fence post a little. does your code allow fences on the border, not requiring a setback?
One of the reasons I traded motorhomes quickly the first time was because that was at a time where 8 ft.ones were being replaced with 8 1/2s and I wanted an 8 foot one, but that was about 1994 or so?
