I don't have a class c. Nor any non work related experience with that engine ( it was specked wrong for our purposes. ) keep close eye on oil levels! However in my 4.8 k1500 TV I placed the cai and have a totally different truck from it. It woke it right up. Next to doing and exhaust and upper engine work its been great. Those would be next in the power search. That or a tuner. My goals putting it in we're better power towing in the form of highway speed 90-95km/h @2k rpm from 80-85km/hr@2200 (check) better miledge I got 275-350 km/t tow before and 425-500 after( check) remember though its doing that by allowing more air in so you open the throttle and the fuel will pour in. I only get better miledge when I drive very conservatively. The disadvantage to it is the engine becomes much louder. Conversation stops between 2300-3000 rpm in my truck and I would assume your v10 is insulated as well as ours were which wasn't very well.
