For periods of one winter, I run the generator every month, I put the jacks down and leave 'em there. I either leave slides in or out depending on other factors, and I never put the key in the ignition.
HOWEVER:: BEFORE YOU PARK....
Stabilize your fuel (Seafoam) and drive for at least a half hour to make sure the stabilized fuel is thought the system.
That is the only special thing I'd recommend.
