Good info from Dennis.....here is their troubleshooting info..SmartWheel
If you don't know, when you turn on your wipers, (on your Monaco) the SmartWheel automatically turns on your headlights and they stay on until the coach is shut down.
Since I rarely used mine in California, the wiper arms got dry and dirty. The time I needed them, they would come on for a moment and quit. I determined that turning them on, which automatically turned all the coach lights, was drawing too much power, tripping the system's circuit breaker. Once I shut off the coach it would reset. My cure was to lube the heck out of the wiper blade arms under the front hood. I never had the problem again.
I mention all of this, because your lights and wipers are directly related. There may be a bad circuit breaker you're looking for.
