And roofs on commercial buildings never get any cleaning or coating done to them.
However, roofs on RV’s may be exposed to extreme use by flexing, constant 60 mph winds, etc. I would be more concerned with any seams leaking more so than the rubber going bad and leaking. But a simple overcoat of whatever may seal that one pinhole you got on the last trip from something falling on the roof.
