Need Help w/ Winterizing - water pump not working

I've been through the steps to winterize, but my pump isn't working right and won't pump the pink stuff to the sink, tub our toilet. Here's what I've done: Drained and plugged off the hot water heat...

or just spend $14.99 for a winterizing kit and go to this hassle only once.
