I posted this, as follow up we had our problem while camping over a weekend so I couldn't call HWH, they are closed on weekends. BTW - when you do call them all they do is take your name and a service tech will call you back. For me the tech called a week later. The techs are very helpful just not enough of them. He apoligized, said they'd been really busy. FYI - once home while waiting for tech to call back I diagnosed my problem from the online HWH service manual to be either the shuttle valve or the pump. So I took a chance and ordered a $70 shuttle valve, thankfully that was it, all works fine again.
BTW - the bit in the HWH owners manual about using the fluid cap as the socket wrench to let the pressure off of the solenoid valves is crap. The plastic cap stripped out immediately. My son brought my tools up so I could get the slides in and limp home. I have now bought a tiny ratchet with a 1/4" socket and keep it in my owners bag in the rig in case we ever have a problem on the road again. The 4 large solenoid valves are for the jacks. Mine has 6 small ones vlaves for the 3 slides. I could not figure out which valve was which so I just released the pressure on all 6.
