Can you verify what loads are on the inverter? Hopefully no fridge and no water heater. Either of these could explain the immediate low voltage reading and really pull the battery down overnight.
How large is large on solar panels? Anything 12v is smallish IMO. But if you get to 14.7 during the day you may have enough. Or could be the battery is just worn out.
