That magnum invertor charge you have is 100 amp to 160 amp depending on the model... Vey very good.
Also it has equalize mode. This alone should fix the batterys if your on shore power. You need to run those tests and find out if that charger is indead working. There should be a button to make it go through the modes. You can force it to equlize..
