Having read this whole thread the one question I have is where when are you reading the battery voltage in the morning. Point the batteries should be read at rest no load and surface charge taken off. At the high point of the day you read 14.7 a high charge rate not the charge condition of the batteries. Morning after night of use low reading but if inverter was in use a lower than really there would be shown. Do you really run out of power. Now with the batteries with the bad inverter board could should maybe need replaced. Some get by(I do) with wet cell, water once or twice a year. Some can kill the best batteries around but the AGM's seem to have a good rep and take very little or no care.
Nice rig hope you get it all worked out.
