Need recommendation for quality articulating LED TV mount

Can anyone give me recommendations for a high quality and sturdy articulating LED mount for my 32" 13# LED TV installation. The TV will be located in the front overhead where I have removed the 80# an...

Looking at all the posts for this I can't tell if any of these move vertically. I would like to be able to move TV down so we don't have to be looking up all the time.
