I agree with the earlier posts. I would add that we have driven our Class C 27 footer to most of the western national parks, and had no difficulties. We have also driven into smaller towns and some tighter parking spots like the Santa Monica Pier parking area. We have not felt the need for a toad. The other issue as I see it is that on your proposed trip you will need to take a fair amount of "stuff" with you. On a Class B, you will most likely find a lower OCCC thereby limiting what you can take, compared to a Class C. Obviously, there will less storage space as well. Finally, the smaller floor space of a B can get cramped if you run into a couple of days of bad weather. Good luck with your decisions.
