Need Spare Tire & Rim

but, just carrying a used tire should be sufficient. This will provide your road service with something to put on your rig, so that you might be able to go shopping and not be subjected to wait and high prices for a new and maybe mismatched tire.
Last summer I blew a tire on the tag axle and even though I have a mounted spare, the tire company Coach-net sent out, had an excellent price on a pair of Hankooks, so I had both changed out right there on the highway, since they were 7yrs old anyway and about due. This saved us time and effort later on, but consider myself lucky here and not something that you can depend on. Also wouldn't have done so with the two, if they had been relatively new and this is where you put on what you have and then go look for a match with the old one possibly still under warranty.
