Need to buy new tires...any suggestions

Hello, We are new to RV-ing. We just purchased a used 2000 Tioga Fleetwood Arrow 24 feet. We need to purchase new tires (5 of them). Any suggestions as to the best place to purchase. I live in San Antonio, Texas. We will be driving from San Antonio to California soon. Any other tips for newbies is also appreciated. Thanks for any help.

Firestone Transforce. Just mounted 6 new ones.
    Happy with ride and handling.
I had TransForce on my old MH and was pleased with them.

  • Thanks for the feedback :D There are 6 tires plus a spare. Husband says that the 2 front ones are new so we only need the back four and the spare.

    5 tires?

I believe your RV has 6 (or 7 including the spare).
  • Go to sears and check out their e rated tires. I just had a Michelin blow out on the inside rear. 1300.00 worth of repairs, rememberm the tires will rot before thay hit their mileage limit
  • Phil Here. Six brand new 225/75/16 Load range "E" Mounted, Installed and "Out The Door" 711.00 From Tires Plus here in Florida, Don't pay more for tires that will rot before the wear out.............

  • Look for a Hankook dealer close by. They are getting good reviews over in the MH section.
