For example, I recently found out when using the stove to ALWAYS, ALWAYS have a window open and the hood fan on.
My hood fan is 120V, it won't even work unless I have hookups or generator running, and I certainly don't fire up the generator while boondocking just to cook (unless it's to use the microwave). If I'm cooking for awhile, I'll open the roof vent in the kitchen, nothing more. And I'm not going to open a window to cook, letting the cold air out (during the summer) or in (during the winter).
