fire up has some great info. for you. I have a 34' Class A on a 2006 Ford F53 chassis. With 80K miles, it's on it's 3rd set of tires. I bought it used, with an expensive set of Goodyear tires installed, that were nearly new. The thing had serious issues with vibration until I took it to a truck shop that could properly balance AND "true" the tires, which is essentially using specialized equipment to lathe the egg shaped tires into a round shape. That totally changed the ride, and vibration issues went away. Late last year I replaced the Goodyears, which aged out, with a new set of Sumitomo tires, and was back to square one in the vibration department. Once I had all six balanced with balance beads and lathed, the rig rides vibration free again. Bottom line is that the steel Ford rims are often out of round from new, and truck tires can be a bit too casual when it comes to roundness specifications. Combine the two, and nasty vibration can be the result.
