Needs House batteries that won't break the bank

Hey all,

Essentially I need 4 new 6v house batteries around 230 amp hours each. I was looking at the RV-XHD interstate had to offer. Anyone know of a good place to buy batteries that won't require me to take out a loan?

Same with me - I had the U2200's

But 90 bucks for the GC2's!! Thats a really good price - I paid a lot more than that for mine.

But then, we in Canada always pay more for the same thing you US folks get for cheaper!!

They are excellent batteries for the task. I think I paid about $140. each for them - but don't remember exactly.

Even in the minus 20's they will run my furnace all day when I am not plugged in.

I think that price is very close for each battery.
  • I bought the same interstate batteries and i am new also, Mark every wire and take a picture, bad things happen when you forget and hook up wrong,,, Bad things... seemed so easy for me and i thought i was diligent , appear to be ok but i havent had the oppurtunity to test them out that much

  • You get what you pay for. :h If you want quality oats you pay a bit more, but if you want oats that have already been filtered through a horse, they are a lot cheaper. :R
