Entry level RV's are not perfect, and this may very well just be normal out of the press fiberglass panel imperfections, some worse than others. Additionally, it can look way worse depending on the light. Get it looked at by someone who knows what they are looking at if you don't
Took the words right out of my mouth, yes imperfections is what I thought it could be, my bounder has a few, not to bad but looking at it in the sun at a angle it looks wavy, no moisture issues just the way it was built.
