A little update - I took the screaming Winnebago back to Freightliner and "suggested" that maybe the wrong belts were installed. (Thanks to all the suggestions from this forum!) It was not squealing before it was worked on. Supposed to find something out today. To answer Predawn's question, it squeals just sitting and driving. When we picked it up after the initial job was done, we noticed it. We didn't leave until someone checked it out. The mechanic said to drive it a while because it should work itself out. I will update the verdict.
