Atwood makes most of the windows that are installed in RVs.
They have replacements for just about everything, you can order what you want from them,just use the instructions in the link or give them a call they are very helpful.
If you are handy you can do it your self or as mentioned have a shop do it.
For more ventilation and you could always put One of these in the door too.
PS I hope that swivel chair is still working..
