New Class A - Water Entry
I bought a new 2020 Winnebago Intent Class A in March, 2020. Water is starting to enter at least three of the storage compartments underneath the coach on both sides. The storage areas have watertight plastic sections and they have a significant amount of water pooled in them and storage boxes in them have gotten soaked. I plan to replace those with watertight plastic storage bins.
I have not been driving the vehicle in the rain over the last 2 weeks as I have been living in an RV park. We have had a few rain showers, some very heavy, during that time. The weatherstriping on the storage compartments seems to be intact. I also noted that the boxes stored on the raised area in the center of the pass through storage seem to be dry.
Questions:
Do you think it could be a leak from the roof? The motorhome is only 1 month old. I haven't seen signs of water anywhere inside.
Could it be from my gray or black tanks overflowing? A couple of times the gray tank was full. Once it started to pool in the shower before I realized my mistake.
Where does the water go if those tanks overflow before I dump them?
What can a service center do in a situation like this?
What do you suggest I do?
