It is basically a Promaster with a Diesel, they do modify the chassis to get a 28ft Class C
I know the company. Good one. It looks very modern and sort or retro to me. What about the bathroom. Wet bath or no bath.
Specifications on the Fiat Torino ModelTrakka Torino Xtra @ A GLANCE:
Safety Plus – Driver and passenger airbags, ABS brakes, ESP stability program and car-like driving and security. Full compliance for four people travelling, standard car licence
Performance with economy - Powerful and fuel efficient 3.0L 180HP turbo diesel engine and 6-speed automatic transmission
Front Wheel Drive – Low floor for easy entry, compact external size under 6.4m, sporty handling with traction plus system for slippery conditions
Standard Features - Cruise control, multi-function steering wheel & trip computer, navigation, iPod and Bluetooth phone connection, swivel seats for both driver and passenger, front cab privacy blind system, large opening double glazed windows all round and skylight with screens and blinds and high pressure laminated plywood cabinets for ease of cleaning, superior strength and scratch resistance that will last a lifetime.
Ergonomic Interior Design – The automatic step, nicely positioned grab handle and switches makes accessing the Torino Xtra very easy. Full standing height and built in shower with toilet. Ingenious curved contemporary furniture design with everything at your fingertips… fridge and microwave at the right height, loads of large soft close drawers, abundance of overhead lockers with space saving roller shutter doors and sensibly located control system and crockery storage. A well positioned TV/DVD that swivels and is height adjustable for perfect viewing. Filtered water at hand, bench storage for rubbish and even a stove extractor are just a few of the things that make living in this motorhome an absolute delight.
Switch Mode Bathroom (SMB) – Is an ingenious patented system which allows you either a full size shower similar to a much larger motorhome or toilet all in the one cubical without the compromised of a standard combination unit. The toilet disappears out of the way at a press of a button.
Separate Lounge Room and Bedroom – A comfortable spacious lounge for four with two tables to choose from and a completely separate bedroom separated by a room divider usually only found on much larger motorhomes. One can be resting in bed and the other sitting up reading or watching TV. The height adjustable bed allows easy access to the rear boot and the ability to store just about anything including push bikes, inflatable boat or even an outboard motor with a massive 1,200 litres available. ADR certified height adjustable inertia reel seatbelts for another two passengers in the rear compliments the travelling package.
Chefs Delight – Lots of bench space, 3 burner stainless steel gas stove & sink with glass lids, microwave, 136L 2 way compressor fridge/freezer and 120L of pressurized hot and cold water.
Outside Living – A roll out awning offering outdoor living, outdoor work bench, outside power outlet and dimmable exterior lights and outdoor hot and cold shower complement this outdoor feature
Power Efficiency and More Features – Twin auxiliary AGM batteries supply power when off sight and a powerful 25amp charging system takes over when plugged into power. An electronic control system monitors the maintenance free house and vehicle batteries, water tank levels, indoor and outdoor temperatures and controls circuits. LED dimmable ceiling lights, LED kitchen and night lights compliment the visual effect, all round sound with rear speakers, LED TV/DVD, Electrical locker with built-in circuit breaker and cord stowage, 4kg gas bottle and a 90L built-in grey water tank captures waste water, perfect for urban areas and is environmentally friendly.
Remote Option – One fuel simplifies the fuel source & offers enhanced self-containment when free camping away from caravan parks with diesel powered stove, water and ducted room heating, solar charging system and body insulation package - FastpaddlerExplorer

Any one have a guess on the estimated cost in the US for such a rig?
Good question, Trakka only makes vehicles for Australia and New Zealand. I do not know how your basic Promaster is going to end up with a Diesel and what capabilities it will have - garmpExplorer IIAny one have a guess on the estimated cost in the US for such a rig?

Boy that new front end sure makes a world of difference in the look.....
Agreed much smarter, but you will still get the Promaster front.
Ducato is an improvement on the Promaster better looking front end, Diesel(cooking and heating in the case of Trakka , only requiring one source of fuel) and a chassis that can be stretched for Class C applications
