New flooring and slide

We just replaced the carpeting with Allure flooring on our full slide 2007 Discovery. I put in plywood sub floor to match the tiles and thought it would be very close to the carpet. The Slide goes in and out very well but when retracted the front and top of the slide is about a half inch from sealing at the top of the slide in the front.There must be some kind of adjustment and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for nay advice.:)
