New inverter needed

Question

I need to replace my 2000 watt Dimensions inverter. It's given me 11 years of good service and I would have no problem replacing it with a good used one if I could find one. I rarely dry camp and when I do it's in a situation where I can run my generator non stop if need be. If I do replace it with a different Brand/model (Magnum MS2000?) I would like for an easy swap and not have to run new cable to controller etc.
Any suggestions, advice and thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

My INverter died last year. It controlled the front TV area, a front outlet and a kitchen outlet by the coffee maker and the 2 bedroom outlets. No power. Checking the prices vs. how often I used it in the past 15 years, (0) I opted to remove it. All I have to remember is not to put a big draw (like a space heater) on that circuit. No biggie.

Never used it, never needed it.

Is it not also an Inverter/Charger?  If so it's needed to power the 12V side of the house and charge the batteries right?

HiBest price on the Magnum would be from Imarine. Be sure to get a hybrid unit.I would upgrade to Victron or Outback.
