New Jersey rest areas
Has anybody used the New Jersey Molly Pitcher Rest Area south for overnight ? Thanks

Not sure if you're doing a survey for a paper, planning on staying there and asking about safety or just curious about if people actually stay overnight at rest areas. :W
Assuming you're asking about safety, my take is more "issues" arise during the daylight hours with panhandling, 3 card monte etc. etc. Early evenings may get you some 'ladies' but they rarely approach an RV. As with any area open to the public, if it doesn't "feel right" pack it up and turn the key. Because I slept there overnight yesterday, doesn't mean you'll do it tomorrow. Crime has it's own agenda and can occur wherever and whenever. Be smart and be safe. Park under adequate lighting, near other campers......Dennis
