New Thor 2017 television will not work on road

Not mine , coworker states tv & DVD will not work while driving . I thought it's because it needs shore power /generator power. They have generator running still won't work while driving ? May have sw...

Some Mfgs wire the TV receptacle to disconnect while the RV is in motion because the driver isn't smart enough to not watch the football game while he's driving down the road.

Tell him to try plugging it into another outlet with an extension cord while driving. If it works, then there isn't a problem - but still don't watch it while driving.
