Can't directly comment on the house side of the coach but the Ford chassis and the V10 will pull your toys without a problem. Your hitch weight limit is probably 5K Lbs. which will be your towing weight maximum. I pull a Honda Accord which is a bit lighter then your toys. If I didn't have a review camera I wouldn't know it was back there.
One word of caution with the chassis model year you are looking at. Leave the spark plugs alone. They are good for 100K miles. There is a very specific procedure that needs to be followed when remove the plugs to prevent thread damage.
