New to RVing... need help with fresh water filling

Recently purchased a 1992 cruise master by georgie boy. Chevy chassis reasonably good condition for what it is... got it cheap. I am having trouble filling the fresh water tank. There does not seem to...

Do you have the owner's manual? I found one online but it's a pdf so can't paste a direct link. Best I can do is give you the Google search results- it's the very first thing on that page. I hope. Here's that link

These older manuals are WAY more helpful than new ones tend to be. This one has instructions and photos of the utility compartment- water fill begins on page 23.
