Hi,
The fridge can freeze up. See the winter camping thread post #1
How are you going to empty the waste tanks?
What is the total energy you are getting from solar and wind per day?
Do, if possible, take some pictures of the insulation modifications please. Your verbal description doesn't make it clear.
I have successfully wintered at -37 C (-34 f) while heating 100% electrically. In the worst of the weather I was using 5400 watts per hour.
I thought I had talked about some of those things originally? Waste tanks will be closed and emptied as needed into a drain field I am building out of gravel, lyme and biodegradable solution... a mini version of what a normal sewer system uses. For water I am having a shallow well drilled and will use both manual and 12 vdc pump to pull water as needed.. and all of it is using heated and taped pipe and hose.
On average, we are seeing between 1-2 kw of power from the system I designed and have installed. The genset supplements that if the battery bank drops to 25%. It has run a total of twice in the last two weeks due to no sun and wind. That is a pretty good ratio.
Once I get completed I will take a bunch of photo's for everyone..
