Thanks for the tips. I'll do some more measuring. I also have one of those inspection cameras and will fish it up in there and see if I can see anything.
I did pick up a little electric fuel pump (Mr Gasket 12S) and some hose, wire and alligator clamps. Assembled it all along with a filter and it made a sweet little fuel transfer tool. Hooked it up to the generator fuel line and it did a really really good job. I should of made one of these years ago. Much better than siphoning :-)
